We offer FREE shipping on orders of $100 or more (excludes orders containing bulk honey) for all domestic orders. For orders under $100 we offer Ground Home Delivery and 2-day Shipping using pricing based on weight. Free returns are provided on all domestic orders.* We are currently only shipping to the U.S.

Returns
Following the receipt of your order, you may return or exchange the product if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase up to 30 days after time of purchase. If you aren’t satisfied with the product after the 30-day mark, we may accept an exchange only. If the product you receive is spoiled or contaminated, please contact us so we may provide you with a full refund or exchange, including shipping and handling of the returned product. Hilbert’s Honey Co. is not responsible for products that are damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment.
