Following the receipt of your order, you may return or exchange the product if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase up to 3 hours after time of purchase. If you aren’t satisfied with the product after the 3-hour mark, we may accept an exchange only. Hilbert’s Honey Co. is not responsible for products that are damaged due to weather conditions or any causes out of our control during shipment.
