I subscribed to monthly delivery of the Speciality Honey 16 oz. glass jar. It is convenient and after only two deliveries I find myself finding more ways to use honey in the kitchen. My present deep winter speciality is oatmeal topped with cream, homemade blueberry and cranberry sauces and honey. All the toppings are warm. When outdoor grilling season comes I will be thinking about glazes and sauces. I expect there will be ways to introduce honey into dips and desserts too.
