 We provide best-price standard shipping using pricing based on weight through FedEx, UPS and USPS.  (Honey is four pounds heavier than water.) We are currently only shipping to the U.S.

  

Returns

Following the receipt of your order, you may return or exchange the product if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase up to 30 days after time of purchase. If you aren’t satisfied with the product after the 30-day mark, we may accept an exchange only. If the product you receive is spoiled or contaminated, please contact us so we may provide you with a full refund or exchange, including shipping and handling of the returned product. Hilbert’s Honey Co. is not responsible for products that are damaged due to weather conditions or any causes out of our control during shipment.
