Hilbert’s Honey Co. is now offering in-store and after-hour pickup service year-round. Please order online and choose “In-Store Pickup” instead of Standard Shipping at checkout.
When you arrive at the facility, please enter through the North-facing door (closest to Hilbert’s sign) and your order will be inside one of the lockers with your name clearly labeled on the outside of the locker. The store will have varying Winter hours so please place all orders online. If you have any questions or concerns, please call Customer Service at (231) 252-4569.
We provide best-price standard shipping using pricing based on weight through FedEx, UPS and USPS. (Honey is four pounds heavier than water.) We are currently only shipping to the U.S.
Following the receipt of your order, you may return or exchange the product if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase up to 30 days after time of purchase. If you aren’t satisfied with the product after the 30-day mark, we may accept an exchange only. If the product you receive is spoiled or contaminated, please contact us so we may provide you with a full refund or exchange, including shipping and handling of the returned product. Hilbert’s Honey Co. is not responsible for products that are damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment.
